This policy applies to all paid services on GoDavaii, including premium subscriptions, doctor consultations, and lab test bookings. GoDavaii's core Health AI features (AI chat, medicine information, drug interaction checker, desi ilaaj) are free and do not require refunds.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time from the GoDavaii app settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Refunds are available for: Subscription charges within 48 hours of initial purchase (if no premium features were used), technical issues preventing access to paid features, and duplicate payments. Contact our support team with details to initiate a refund request.
Consultation fees are refundable if the doctor does not join the scheduled call within 15 minutes. If you cancel more than 1 hour before the scheduled time, a full refund is provided. Late cancellations may be eligible for credit towards a future consultation.
Lab test bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled sample collection time for a full refund. If the phlebotomist has already been dispatched, a partial refund may apply.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For UPI and wallet payments, refunds are typically faster (1-3 business days).
